The Grade 5/6 class took to 3D Printing this year with Mrs Cooper. Using the programs 123Design, Tinkercad and MeshMixer, the students created their own aquatic animals for the aquarium.

The whole project started when Mr Peet taught the class how to use Tinkercad in the Learning Centre and they class created “Alfredo the SnowPlow Turtle”. The students picked the shapes and where they were to go and “Alfredo” was born.

Then the students used 123Design to create their own models to add to the aquarium. The end result was a colorful display of imagination and design.
