The students not only learned a great deal they won medals at the Regional Science Fair. Although they are not all wearing medals, they all won one.

This morning we gathered together as a community to remember and to show support for the Humboldt Broncos their family, friends, and community.  Being a hockey community ourselves we can only imagine how this is impacting the whole community.

Please wear a jersey on Thursday, April 12th in support of the Humboldt Broncos.  If you do not have a jersey you can borrow one from the school or just wear any green or yellow shirt.

Good luck to our participants at the regional science fair tomorrow!  Reminder not take any food that has peppers or pepper spices as there is a very serious air born allergy to peppers (the vegetable).  It can not be in the form of a spice or whole food.  Please read ingredients.

Thank you Walmart for the $1000 grant towards our recycling program and upgrades at the school.  We are excited to be contributing less waste to our landfill.

The snow is still very deep across our entire playground so when it begins to melt, splash pants and rubber boots will be a must.  🙂

We were so fortunate to have these two amazing young men surprise us with a visit this afternoon and play a little floor hockey, take photos, sign autographs, and talk about the importance of dreaming big and working hard!
