We are glad to be supporting the Women’s Resource Society again this year as it has been a very difficult year for many.  Students will be collecting items and will earn 1 point per item for their house team.

It was awesome to see that 73% of our students earned maximum number of km for their class totals!  Due to the amazing participation all students who read will be receiving a treat soon. The top readers in each class were recognized and given prizes as well.

A reminder that Wednesday and Thursday are early dismissal days and Friday all day so that parents can meet with teachers.
Students will be going home on the bus at 1:45pm both Wednesday and Thursday and Friday there is no school all day.

We have been working very hard to create a virtual Remembrance Day Assembly for tomorrow at 10:50am. We will try to upload it to our site or at least our facebook site for all parents to be able to see.

We want to thank Western Financial for their generous donation of $200 towards our water bottle filling station.  We have used our one filling station often and we are excited to be able to look at purchasing a second one for our secondary end.

We are so fortunate that we have such a generous community. The Vertical Slam group has given us a very generous donation for our breakfast and snack program. We really appreciate the support you have given our students and our community.

We are thankful to our local Staples store who donated a number of backpacks and lunch bags to our school. We appreciate your generosity!

We will be having the individual student pictures on Thursday. At this time they will not be doing class photos. They hope to do those in the spring when they do the spring fling pics.
