• Athletes Continue to Impress

We had a very successful first SD 60 district cross country run yesterday!
Preston Johnson took first place, Brody Newsham took 9th in the primary boys’ division and Lucas Bueckert worked hard to finish in the middle of the pack.

  • Thank You Vertical Slam Ultimate Challenge Society

We want to thank the Vertical Slam Ultimate Challenge Society for their donation to our school!  We recognize that there were many sponsors and suppliers for your event and we would like to thank them as well.

  • Cross Country Run Results and Races

Congratulations to Isabel Amboe as she took 2nd place in the Jr. division in the Wolves Cross Country race on Saturday.  She ran very well and took 4th place overall.  Well done, Isabel!
Many of our students will be participating the the SD 60 races for the next 3 Wednesdays.

  • Sports/Fun Day on Wednesday

We are glad that the weather has cooled off a bit but it looks like we will need to be creative for our sports day on Wednesday, if the forecast is true.  We will let you know our plans closer to Wednesday.

  • Challenging Run

Shaelyn challenged herself to complete a 10km run on Friday morning and completed it in only 61minutes.  Well done, Shaelyn you are inspiring!

  • Track and Field Success

The students worked hard on Friday and did very well at the District Track Meet, winning the Grant Spelsberg award (due to the limited number of students to pull from).  Overall they placed 4th amongst all of the schools which is incredible.

  • Biking Update

Some students and staff biked home on Friday so our grand total was just over 860km and 25 900 calories.  Well done, Clearview.  Next year we will see if we can slow down some traffic so that our K-5 group can participate.

  • Amazing Effort on Bike to School Week- 737km

Wow, I am so impressed with the number of participants who biked to school this week!  We logged just over 860km with 25 participants.
Thank you to the parents and bus drivers who picked up bikes and/or dropped off bikes to help the students give this event a try.

  • Clearview Boys Win Elementary Basketball Tournament

In a tightly contested match the Clearview boys were victorious last night, as they defeated Finch in the final of the Elementary Boys’ Basketball Tournament.  Congratulations to the boys and to Coach Copes on their successful season!
